Reference photographs may reveal information about your physical appearance, including your face, hair, skin tone, body appearance, clothing, and other visible characteristics.

These photographs are used to provide the service you requested.

Remote Photoshoots does not accept photographs of individuals under 18 for portrait services.

By submitting photographs, you confirm that you are authorized to provide them in accordance with the Remote Photoshoots Terms & Conditions.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Remote Photoshoots may receive information associated with a transaction, such as your name, billing information, payment status, transaction amount, and transaction identifier.

Remote Photoshoots does not intentionally store complete credit card numbers or other full payment-card credentials when those payments are processed directly by a third-party payment processor.

Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

6. AI-Assisted Image Creation

Remote Photoshoots uses AI-assisted imaging technology as part of its creative production process.

Reference photographs and project information may therefore be processed using third-party software, platforms, or technology providers when reasonably necessary to create or edit the images you ordered.

Only information reasonably necessary for the applicable task should be provided to such services.

Remote Photoshoots does not use client reference photographs to build its own facial-recognition database or to develop an independent biometric identification system.

Remote Photoshoots does not use client reference photographs to train its own general-purpose AI model.

Third-party technology providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-retention requirements. Remote Photoshoots selects and uses third-party services based on the needs of the business but cannot control every aspect of a third party's independent data practices.

7. How Reference Photographs Are Used

Reference photographs are used for purposes reasonably necessary to complete your commissioned work, including:

  • Evaluating your appearance

  • Maintaining likeness

  • Planning the creative direction

  • Creating commissioned images

  • Retouching and refining images

  • Comparing proofs with reference photographs

  • Completing approved revisions

  • Resolving quality or service issues

Your reference photographs are not automatically added to a public portfolio, gallery, advertising campaign, or social media account.

8. Reference Photo Retention and Deletion

Remote Photoshoots does not intend to retain client reference photographs indefinitely.

Reference photographs maintained directly by Remote Photoshoots are deleted from active working files within 30 days after final delivery of your completed order unless a longer period is reasonably necessary because of:

  • An unresolved customer-service matter

  • A billing or payment dispute

  • Fraud or security concerns

  • A legal obligation

  • A pending claim or dispute

  • A request from you to continue work on the project

Copies may temporarily remain in backups, system caches, email records, or third-party systems after deletion from active working files.

Where those copies cannot reasonably be deleted immediately, they will remain subject to appropriate safeguards and will not be intentionally used for unrelated purposes.

Third-party providers may maintain their own retention schedules according to their applicable policies and systems.

9. Final Image Retention

Final commissioned images are treated differently from the reference photographs you originally submit.

Remote Photoshoots may retain a private archival copy of final commissioned images for:

  • Internal recordkeeping

  • Documentation of completed work

  • Quality control

  • Customer-service history

  • Dispute resolution

  • A private professional archive

Keeping a private archival copy does not authorize Remote Photoshoots to publicly display or commercially promote your likeness.

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for additional information regarding ownership and permitted use of final images.

10. Portfolio, Advertising, and Marketing Use

Remote Photoshoots will not use your submitted reference photographs or final commissioned portraits in public-facing:

  • Website galleries

  • Portfolios

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Marketing materials

  • Before-and-after demonstrations

  • Public case studies

without your separate permission.

Purchasing a service does not automatically grant Remote Photoshoots permission to use your likeness for marketing.

Permission to display your work publicly is separate from your purchase and is not required in order to receive Remote Photoshoots services.

If you previously granted permission and later request that future use stop, Remote Photoshoots will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use.

Content that has already been printed, distributed, archived, republished by third parties, or otherwise placed beyond the reasonable control of Remote Photoshoots may not always be capable of complete removal.

Remote Photoshoots does not sell or license client photographs for use as stock photography, advertising imagery, or AI training datasets.

Certain advertising, analytics, or website technologies may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or similar activity under privacy laws in some jurisdictions even when money is not exchanged.

Where applicable law gives you rights regarding those activities, Remote Photoshoots will honor those rights as required.

15. Cookies and Similar Technologies

RemotePhotoshoots.com and third-party services used by the website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies.

These technologies may help:

16. Analytics and Advertising

Remote Photoshoots may use analytics tools to better understand website traffic and customer behavior.

If advertising or analytics services are used, those providers may collect information such as browser identifiers, device information, IP address, page interactions, referral information, and cookie identifiers.

Remote Photoshoots does not intentionally provide client reference photographs to advertising networks for behavioral advertising.

17. Data Security

Remote Photoshoots takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information and client photographs against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, cloud service, email system, transmission method, storage platform, or other digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients should avoid sending passwords, financial-account credentials, government identification documents, or other information that Remote Photoshoots has not specifically requested.

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance.

Remote Photoshoots may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

Some information may need to be retained when required or permitted for legitimate legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes.

19. Requests Concerning Photographs

If you have questions about the photographs you submitted or would like to request deletion of eligible information before the normal deletion period, you may contact Remote Photoshoots through the Contact page.

Deleting reference photographs while a project is still in progress may prevent Remote Photoshoots from completing the service.

Deletion requests do not necessarily require deletion of information that must reasonably be maintained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

20. Adults Only

Remote Photoshoots portrait services are intended exclusively for adults age 18 and older.

Remote Photoshoots does not knowingly accept portrait orders for minors and does not knowingly collect photographs of individuals under 18 for commissioned portrait services.

If Remote Photoshoots learns that photographs of a minor were submitted in violation of this policy, the photographs may be deleted and the associated order may be refused or cancelled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

21. Links and Third-Party Websites

RemotePhotoshoots.com may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Remote Photoshoots does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

When you leave RemotePhotoshoots.com or interact directly with another service, that provider's privacy policy may apply.
