Your Corporate Teams Headshot package is officially booked! This consultation is the first step toward creating a polished, consistent set of professional headshots for your team.

Use this form to tell me how you’d like your team’s headshots to look, including your preferred background, wardrobe, and any company branding included with your package. You’ll also provide the reference photos I’ll use to create each team member’s headshot.

I’ll use your selections to create a cohesive visual style across the entire team, while maintaining each individual’s natural appearance and identity.

Please make sure you have permission from each team member to submit their reference photos. If you request company logos, signage, uniforms, or other branded elements, you must also have permission to use them.

Your Client Consultation Form and all required team member photos must be submitted before I can begin creating your team’s headshots.

What happens after you submit?

I’ll personally review your consultation and team reference photos before I begin. This is not an instant AI headshot generator. Your team’s images are individually created and refined to produce a professional, consistent collection.

Once your proofs are ready, I’ll send them to the email address you provide for review.
